Hi, my name is Stefano.
I'm French-Italian and have been transforming properties since 1997.
When I arrived in Dubai I was surprised that many properties in great locations were spoilt by terrible finish.
I started Atelier 24 to share these 24+ years of experience and transform properties to a finish worthy of Dubai's prestigious reputation.

Atelier 24: no-one will tell you they don't care about quality, but when it comes to the details that matter we don't compromise on materials and always go for higher specifications. These unseen details make the difference to deliver Lasting Quality.
Avoid: flashy finish on cheapest material available, even when it might look good, it will never last.

Atelier 24: we don't do much in terms of marketing simply because we get recommended by our customers. This is the best award we can hope for.

Functional Design
Atelier 24:design is important but unless you operate in a museum, functionality is key, Wether it is your office or your home the design has to simply work for you.
Avoid: have you ever seen a kitchen where to open a drawer you need to close all other doors... not with us.

Atelier 24: we are fully registered in Mainland Dubai with Dubai Economic Department.
Avoid: you found someone who was showing great portfolio online, but who operate from a free-zone and uses third parties for all work as they are not allowed to carry out work outside of the free-zone.

Atelier 24 created a design which made the apartment a lot more functional and maximised spaces in every room - it feels so much larger that it is incredible.

"We have just bought a new property and have no idea where to start..."
This is the best time to meet on site and discuss with you how you envisage the transformation, find out what is important for you and what you like and don't like.
Get in touch and we'll be happy to guide you in your Transformation journey.
"We want to extend and make structural changes as well as Interior changes..."
We will manage the entire project for you, working with a licensed construction partner for all structural work - this is to comply with local regulations.
It is important to obtain permits ahead of any work starting, again we manage and support you in this process.
"We are renting but would like to upgrade the kitchen / bathrooms / other part of the property, what is the best way to start?"
Without an explicit permission from the owner, you cannot make any material changes to a property you are renting.
Best to start the discussion with your landlord, however in our experience it is rare that you will be able to have final decision on the changes.

First step is to get in touch so we can discuss your requirements meet and look at the site / existing plans.

Then we work on both designs and quotation which are reviewed and evolve through multiple meetings until we reach an agreement.

Once we receive the deposit set in the agreement we start work and this generally means start on the permits, procurement of materials and other preparation work.

The same project lead who worked on the designs and quotation follows the project through its entire life cycles to ensure project continuity and your satisfaction.

Inspection and Handover follow to conclude the project.
"We just need to carry on small maintenance, like changing tiles, redecorating or fixing a leak, ..."
We focus on full Transformation projects and we do not offer ad-hoc maintenance services, there are many company doing just that, we recommend you check within your community.
"We just need a rough estimate and some sketches/plan so we can think..."
Without proper checks and assessment it is almost impossible to give a budgetary price without factoring huge risks - that translates in either inflated price or artificially low price by omitting key elements; neither of which would be useful.
We prefer a no-surprises approach to estimates.
"We are planning to live in the apartment/villa whilst the work will be progressing in another part of the unit..."
For many reasons centred around your and your loved one safety we do not take project unless the unit is empty - from its content and occupants.
"I don't have much time, we need to progress fast..."
It is important to remember the old say "Fast and Cheap are both ENEMY of Quality!"
